Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Cloudy pale blond colour. Nice aroma, funky, lemony, a bit of poop. It's dry and with sharp lemony acidity, the complexity is augmented by some funk, the finish is slightly salty; there is a strange note, could be honey, but it's probably the Gewurz.
Nice.

375ml (thx, Kory V.!) on Brian's deck. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: stone fruit notes, rustic, light barrel notes. Taste: a lot of grapes, moderate acidity, some barrel notes. Overall: quite good.

Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Dusty funk. Tart up front, some stone fruit and a light funk.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose reveals mixed wild yeast, some gentle funk, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is grainy, with plenty of rustic saison yeast, some wild bugs, wheaty notes, and toasted grains. Nice yeast profile to this, finishing gently tart. Relatively complex and nicely crafted. Good stuff.

Yellow cloudy with head to ring. Nice mild but tangy Brett nose. Taste medium sour, that blends with the juice give it a under-ripe grape feel. Mild hint of cream from the oak. Lingering sour. Super drinkable.
