Black colour, brown head. The aroma is potent, pure peat. Highly carbonated, hence it's smooth and the body is not thick; dark malts, a lot of roast, some chocolate, and an ocean of peat; warming alcohol.
Excellent, very well made.

330ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: murky brown with a beige head. Aroma: peat on peat on peat with some sweetness. Taste: same. Overall: great beer for peat lovers, I am not in that team, though.

Jet black brown with a decent beige head. Intense smoke and peat. Intense woody, muddy and peaty notes. Absurdly peat and woody.

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a thick brown head. Nose is loaded with Laphroaig barrel heavenliness, smoke, and medium roast. Flavour is an absolute smoky, peaty whiskey bomb, with a shitload of smoky, peaty whiskey and little else. It's dry, smoky, peaty, and heavy. Maybe it's monolithic, but that's a remarkable whiskey character.

Keg at fyne fest 2019... Dark black.. Small tan head... Soft smoke woody chocolate roast malts massive islay nose... Dry bitter islay.. Dark chocolate.. Heavy roast... Big islay.. Heavy islay.. Bitter chocolate

On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Black ink color with a brownish foam. Nose is totally peat and whiskey-led. Mouth suffers a bit from the barrel imo. Can’t spot the beer, just the spirit. Decent
