Gebraut in Vollmondnächten. Zischke Dunkel ist ein weiches, malzbetontes, körperreiches Kellerbier mit 13,5 % Stammwürzegehalt und 5,4 % vol. Alkoholgehalt. Seine typisch dunkelbraune Farbe erhält dieses naturfrische Kellerbier durch Verwendung von extra hergestellten Spezialmalzen. Sein einzigartiges, beinahe mystisches Aroma bleibt ein Geheimnis der Natur und des Braumeisters.In Verbindung mit einem Restgehalt an Hefe entwickelt sich daraus sein besonderes vollmundiger Geschmack. 50 cl. flip-top bottle @ home, bought @ Edeka, Kleve.
Clear brown with an off-white head. Toasted bread aroma with some flowery hops, caramel and a hint of sulphur. Sweet taste with a sweet malty finish. Thin bodied but decent enough.

Bottle. Looks like a Spezi/Schwippschwapp/Mezzomix with a nice head. Aroma and taste: malty, slightly fruity and sweet, moderately bitter. Very süffig. Low to medium carbonation. The wife loves it, I love my wife so I'll buy again.

50cl bottle, flip-top. From a trade with Erzengel, many thanks! Boured brownish color with a thick off white head. Bready, malty, some syrupy sweetness. Hint of chocolate and toasted notes. On the sweeter side with the syrupy thing.
