Tap at brewpub. Deep red color, good off-white head. Berryish, caramelly and some pine. Medium-bodied. Quite sweet dipa. Lots of crystal malts, light berries then some resiny bitterness in the aftertaste. Yeah sweet it is.

Tap @ Troost during ’oudjaarsticken 2014’, small sample. Slight hazy amber to copper color, short frothy head. Aroma of citrus and pineapple, bit cookie and biscuit, caramel and toffee. Quite bitter in taste, but also some sweetness from cookie and biscuit. Bit more malty than other DIPAs, but again the yeast is clean, which is good. Very likeable again.
