8 EBC.

Taste is pretty good. It’s quite a decent witbeer. This beer is better if you just drink it, instead of breaking it down to rate it.

Pale yellow in colour and only slightly cloudy. Fresh citrus aroma. Mild flavour of coriander and yeast. A bit thin and watery feeling but also very clean and refreshing.

Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy with a light spicy note and so is the flavor, while the body is thin.

Rather clear, pale yellow, very carbonated beer; good snow-white head, slowly collapsing. Chalk, coriander and citrus in the nose. Fresh, faint lemony taste with a slight bitterish finish. Not that much coriander in the taste, more a bit peppery. All tastes rather short lived. Light bodied, with typical wheat slickness. Why yes, another wit. OK in summer, brain on zero; useless the rest of the time.
