8 EBC.

Dutch witbier spiced with the usual coriander and curaçao; remarkably pale yellow colour, weakish aroma, some wheat sourishness and subdued fruitiness, subtle spices; tastes a lot thinner than usual for the style, if not watery, weak spices and wheat sourishness again. Even thinner than that Witte Trappist from La Trappe.

25cl Bottle brought from Zeeland, thanks H&T! Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma is a bit buttery, lemon, coreander, almost soapy. Flavour is lemon, butter, coreander, wheat, light spicy lemony finish. Light-bodied. Came across as a lesser Blanche de Namur.

33 bottle at Beyerd. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery, coriander, orange peel and light yeasty. Flat malty/wheaty, light estery, coriander and mild orange peel like citric touch. Dry and estery to spiced into the finish. Simple.

Hazy light yellow color, average white head. Smell malts and a little citrus. Taste lemon and sweetness. Low body and carbo. Nothing special.
