Pours gold with a large fading head.Nose shows heavy funk, peach, floral notes, orange blossom, jasmine.Flavours include funky and buttery oak, white wine, peach, soft coconut, and floral notes. A gentle acidity shows in the finish.

Bottle. Gold with a white head. The odd floatie. Funky dry barn aroma with peaches, cracker dough, some twigs. Gentle sourness creeps up behind the peaches and old oranges and after a few sips you wonder why it wasn't obvious at first. Dry, oaky with bracken and spices at the end. Very nice. I like how this brewery is moving into more adventurous things _after_ establishing they can brew.
