Each year, we try to top ourselves by making the hoppiest, most intense IPA we can muster. We sample endless hop varieties during the annual harvest to choose the ultimate mix—flavorful and aggressive, yet refined. Then we push them beyond their limits to reimagine Hoptimum, a remarkably drinkable triple IPA.

Bottle: Copper coloured, almost clear, small but stable white creamy foam, moderate to solid sweet-bitter medical-hoppy and sweet pale and caramelly to toasty-malty nose; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, full bodied; moderate to solid medical-hoppy and fruity-malty finish. Pretty satisfying...

Bottle, 355 ml at Goblet, Zagreb. Dark orange with off white to yellow head. Malty, quite hoppy, pine, some fruit, sweetish, nice lasting bitter finish. Medium to full bodied. Nice old school west coast DIPA.

Hazy golden colour. It's lean, but quite sweet too; I get some meat, some butter, quite a lot of wet bread and cereals, light armpit smell; piney hops, they are fruity (candied orange), and the bitterness is not too strong.
Interesting one, mostly modern, but also quite sticky.

Gyllengul klar vätska med massivt vitt skum. Framträdande dofter av ananas. Men även tobak och en massiv kakig doft. Ingen tvekan att humlen spelar förstafiol. Mycket fyllig och rejält eldig munkänsla. Lång eftersmak.

Orangey amber colour with a slight haze. Sweet and candyish character. Candied oranges. Moderate bitterness, lots of candied orange here. So it's big and quite sweet. Not bad for the style, but not my favourite style.
