Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as: "La Père Nebel Blonde". Pours a cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Fruity and yeasty nose. Medium body, excessive carbonation, dominated by massive phenols - not so hot. 150213

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are straw, soap, malt, grass, fruits and hops

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is vanilla and light toasted malty. Bitter and light toasted malty. Dry and light yeasty to vanilla finish.

Bottle as "La Père Nebel Blonde", 8%. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, little vanilla and a little bread. Flavour is malt, yeast, medium sweet, little vanilla, fruit, little hop, little artificial, spices and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting as Brootcoorens La Père Nebel Blonde. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 150213

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Tasting Ulfborg, 2013. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Vanilla, risalamande and grain beneath. Artificial. Dry and short finish.

Bottle 75cl sample @ Arch’en Bières 7th edition 2011. Bouteille de 3 ans d’age comparée avec la bière plus fraiche de Père Nebel de un an. Dorée présentant un léger trouble, col blanc. Bière maltée, avec profile de grains épais avec en bouche un profile herbacé avec une pointe d’amertume citronnée. Malheureusement, je trouve que les trois ans d’age n’ont pas profité à cette bière. Cela donne au final une bière qui présente un profile de levure et cave avec un aspect fruité sec de abricot. Un peu mitigé car la Père Nebel était plus fraiche.
