Sweet mead made with freshly squeezed blueberry juice, maple syrup, pecans, honey, Tahitian vanilla beans and Ceylon cinnamon. Smell and taste of blueberry jam and praline drizzled with maple syrup. Vanilla and cinnamon notes weave in an out of palate. Long, drying finish with big notes of pecans.

Dark purple with no head. Aroma is very port like, raisins, floral honey, blueberry, maple syrup and nutty notes coming out behind. Flavour is heavy sweet with a light sourness from the fruit. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
