[50cl bottle from the brewery.] A cloudy pale amber pour with a billowing white head; aroma of lemongrass and yeast; rather soapy in the mouth with a clean, fresh lemongrass taste and a bready malt body; then a bitter finish with lingering yeast.

Gravity cask at Fishers 2nd birthday bash, Fishers brewery HWY, 27/07/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is grass, orange peel, toasted malts, lemon rind, melon. Taste comprises bitter citric peel, airy malts, toasted grains, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with slightly astringent hop bitterness. Passable pale.
