Our red fruited beauty. Dark sweet cherry and plum infusion from our own wine barrels. The naturally high sugar content of the fruit makes for a higher alcohol content. She may be sweet but this little lady has a kick. Full bodied flavour with a slightly silky smooth finish.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
The aroma is varnished pine, soft cherry sharp malt, good yeast. Has a nice deep copper body with modest foam. Flavour is deep grape character, malty fruitiness, though still a little subdued. Mouthfeel is full with modest carbonation. This is very nice, could be improved a little to make it more pronounced and exciting.
