Roast and light milk. Great head and lacing on nitro. Some nut and a little coffee. Pleasant and well balanced. Bitter. Nitro at brewery m

Dark brown. No head. The body is pretty weak, but there’s some good malt complexity – a crackery, toasty note and some vaguely toffeeish dark sugars. So being thin is a thing, but there’s many schwarzbiers that are thin. I can live with that. It’s far from perfect but it’s solid enough.

Pours with really nice foam, has a dark blackish brown body. The aroma is soft barley with a heavy amount of tin and cabbage from the excessive carbonation. Flavour is smooth barley blackness, some coffee notes. Full enough finish, no real crispness. Adequate, not exceptional. Crowler from the bowling alley.
