Into clever things? Then get a kick out of our Split Wit, a light, bright, happy wheat beer that sits snugly in the shoulder of the shoulder season. Hay! This beer is the colour of straw, has hints of spice and clove and is smooth, light and crisp. And despite the name, most folks want this smart little number all to themselves.

Light fruitiness. Fairly orangey on the palate. Little acidity from the wheat, fresh. Good balance.

Sweet hops aroma, very nice, but no real indication there's wit character in there. Has a murky orange body with little foam. Flavour is bright citrus with some soft chalk notes. Mouthfeel is full and there's good carbonation. This has nice character but the wheat side of it seems muted.

On tap at Over Time, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy coriander, crunchy husky malts, and a little wheaty character. Flavour is similar, with husky malts and a touch of coriander. A little murky and lacking character. Not great.
