Nice light rosé body, foam gone fast. There's an odd caramel tone to the aroma, barnyard notes, everything unexpected in a perry. Flavour is a lot of butter, some acidity, with a cloying aftertaste. This one's no good.

Tasting at Erik's, bottle
Cloudy, very pale yellow. Dry, weak, with faint fruit, light level of acetic acid. Poor.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light champagne and gentle, tart pear skins. Flavour is simple and laid back, with dry tart pear skins. Not much character at all, with very gentle sweetness on the finish. Pretty uninspiring perry.

Quite pale. Light pear note, kind of weak, with a touch of apple. Light apple note, not much pear, this isn't the greatest.
