Can 50 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with a small, creamy white head. Yeast and subtle banana in the nose. Body is to the light side but not exactly thin. Decent banana and clove notes before a short finish. But a N/A Hefe that actually tastes like a Weissbier. That has to be like one out of a hundred! 141023

Smell of wheat, wood. Hazy golden colour, high white head. Aroma of wheat, malt, faint yeast and banana. Super light body. Medium carbon. Medium sweet.

0.5 l bottle from 'Meibier.de' as 'Kaiserdom Weissbier 0,0%', best before September 2023. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, a bit fruity-floral aroma of quite some banana, vanilla and a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, quite dry, moderately yeasty-spicy and minimally floral taste of grains, some banana, hints of vanilla and traces of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite drinkable, actually has some Hefeweizen-character most NA Weizen don't.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, rich firm head. Somewhat metallic nose with bananaish wort. Sweetish with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Metallic wort and mashed banana. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, wheaty, some mild bananas, wort and mild herbs. Flavour is wheat, grains, rubbery, mild bananas and some herbs.

ABV: 0.0%. Hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light yeast, weizen yeast, banana, fruity yeast. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana - fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20221217]

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Sweetish, worty and some banana in the nose. Light-bodied. Quite tasteless beer, same time not refreshing. Light citrusy notes.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

500mp can from HoTM. It pours lightly hazy golden with a fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, banana split, custard creams, wheaten bread, milky, spicy gingerbread and banana bread. The taste is crisp, clean, dry, snappy, wheat cracker, biscuit, rivita, bread, hay, distant touch of sweet ripe banana and soda water with a dry finish. Light body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Aroma has a classic hefe vibe, but taste is cleaner and simpler. Refreshes well, but it's bit a patch on the pink grapefruit version. I can see why this clean beer base works well in it.
