Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear, dark red - like a red wine - with a pinkish/purple head. Very tart aroma, acetic acid, leathery Brett and cassis as well. Medium body, the acetic acid now turns into full blown, salty acetone making this quite hard to drink. The black currant seems to be fighting a losing battle against a somewhat too harsh base beer. Acetoe wins over berries which is a pity. 260321

Draught @ Pien, Helsinki. Sour, funky and heavy with berries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, vinous notes, oak, earthiness and tartness. Quite sour and intense.

Dark burgundy color, no head. Lots of blackcurrant, red winey, sour and tart. A bit acidic. Red wine is really prominent, and the berries are jammy and thick. Awesome.

Flaska från Brekeriet. Mörk rödlila med tjusigt rosaröd krona. Rejält bärpackat med bra och djup syra, lite lakto/yoghurt-toner, mycket bärskal. Mycket av allt. Dubbla mängden bär känns av.
