Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Dan. Pours unclear orange-gold with a creamy white head. Lovely peach, nectarine, moderate funk, pale wood, nips of grassy medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, more tangy citrus, lemon, peach. Superb.

Bottle shared at the Beau in London tasting, last group tasting for 7 months - who knew, thanks to Daniel 11/03/20. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap that veers to the edge of the glass. Nose is funk, damp alleyway, crisp citric zest, sherry nip, bitter orange, grandads shed. Taste comprises damp wood, funk, vinous, green berry must, sherry twang, earthy, barnyard tones, apricot, manure, pissy twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close cloaked with funk and mellow barrel tones. Top level shizzle.

750ml bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Dry, vinous and funky yeasty with hints of sherry, oak, gueuze sourness, wood and earthiness. A lot more dry and sour than batch 5. Still nicely balanced and complex.
Tart, funky, dry, as expected. Some lemon (not Pledge) and something cidery. Acidic and musty. There's a lot going on here.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy golden, no head - just a touch darker than Batch 5. Intense barnyard aroma, some oak. Acetic with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Oaky port meets citrus, citric acid and barnyard. Complex and intense. World class deluxe!

Wildly complex, brighter on the nose than 49, way deeper in flavor and less acidic. The decanting helps a lot.
Bit sourer than the batch 2 I once had... But still exceptional good!
