Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival. Almost clear deep orange with quickly diminishing white head. Funky, musty, grapes, oak, white wine. Intensive sourness. Juicy.

2019 vintage, 750mL bottle at Be Hoppy, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out intense barnyard funk, lots of white wine, white grape skins, and leather. Flavour is wonderfully tangy and funky, with white wine grape skins, barnyard funk, vinous notes, oak, and light leather. So much white wine and barnyard character. Just beautiful.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Porter & Sons. Cloudy orange. Vinous, oak, some stone fruits, barnyard, moderately sour, juicy, bitterish note. Great.
EB from last Saturday. Lovely extremely volatile perfume-like grape-character. I suspect it can get even better if more complexity comes out from the lambic with time but I love it already!

Bokke Bonanza! Flaska från Bokke, 2017. Guldfärgad, smått disig med vit krona. Fyllig med mycket druvor och druvjuice. Stor i smaken med någorlunda hög sötma. Gula russin, torkad aprikos. Samtidigt mycket funk och skalbeska. Låg syra. Maffig, nästan lite dessertlambic. Stram och sträv avslutning med mycket druvskal. I eftersmaken kommer grund geuzen fram snyggt. Mycket gott.
