19/III/21 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home, BB: 2023, bottled: 2/IV/18 (2021-208)
Pretty clear deep red ruby to red brown beer, big fizzy irregular rust brown beer, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of cherries, very fruity, some tannins, yeasty, wood notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: soft acidity up front, very fruity, lots of cherries, bit lemony, bitter touch, some yeast. Aftertaste: more acidic, lots of sour cherries, some tannins, pretty dry, rather oxidized, juicy, cherry juice, bitter finish, wood tannins, some almonds, very nice stuff.
