Brewed in collaboration with Wright Bros Ltd; This stout is brewed with Morecambe Bay & Lindisfarne Oysters. We added the shells, flesh and liquor to provide a creamy, rich mouthfeel. Expect intense roastiness with subtle savoury and briney notes from the oysters leading to a sweet, silky finish.

On tap at Brew by Numbers, Bermondsey, Saturday 2nd March 2019 in the company of Dadger. Pours dark, dark brown almost black with a light beige head. Lovely straight down the line oyster stout, is there a little background briney edge, mmhhhh tastes like it, nice roastiness, a little tiny tart tang, very good.
