Strong blond winterbeer that matured for 8 months on different stonefruits. Tsjeeses was born out of a 5 year brewing experience regarding x-mas beer without being capable of finding a suitable name all that time. With the name came a face, a caricature actually, that was drawn on the day Urbain, our brewing slave, drank too many Tsjeeses’s. Every time he drinks one, he says "Tsjeeses, what a beer". Therefore the name is more an expression of stupefaction than a curse.
We have had already many discussions around the pronounciation of "Tsjeeses". Very close would be that you say "cheeses" or cheese in plural.

Amber to copper colored, hazy, small non lasting beige head. Aroma is of caramel, spice, peach fruity, yeast. Taste is medium to very sweet malt, caramel, bit sugar, fruity, peachy, spicy, yeast, very well hidden alcohol. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation, oily. Actually very light and almost non alcoholic for a 10%. (bottle, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)

Ambar, marrón de espuma ocre. Aroma dulce acaramelado, minimamente licorico. Mucho cuerpo, muy sabrosa, con rica base acaramelada, fruto seco, bizcocho, notas de licor, en un conjunto muy muy agradable como cerveza de postre. Estupenda.

Generally clear amberish lighter brown body. Perfumey malty aroma, apricot mostly. Brett seemed to show up at a point, but was gone fast. Mild malty apricot jam taste, Insanely mild for the ABV - which, if it’s correct, is immensely well hidden and superb job on that. It’s a tasty beer all in all.

2015 bottle from the De Struise shop online.
Tis a hazy rust coloured brew I get with my pour. 1" of long lasting foam and excellent lacing to go with that.
Pitted fruits is what I immediately pull out from the smell. Mostly plums but also semi sweet cherries with some candi sugar. Malt wise. ..caramel.
Very fruity with what I described above with the added attraction of a light tartness. I get quite a bit of the caramel near the finish but that fades and is replaced t the fruit and a distinct dryness.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
Never too sweet or too bitter or too tart, I find it remarkably balanced. A real treat to drink!

330ml bottle (v2012) at home from trade with kermis. Thank you Chris! Hazy orange copper color with light beige head. Yeasty and malty aroma, funky, dusty, spicy, honey, caramel, stone fruits, hoppy notes, light citrusy fruity, grassy and piney. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Flaska inköpt 2013. Denna har inte utvecklats väl. Redan när kapsylen poppas flödar skummet över. Dofter av hästfilt och jordkällare rusar upp i näsan. Stora jästklumpar finns i flaska. Synd, men denna går i vasken.

(Thanks, Gene! "Travlr") Bottle. A- Caramel, butterscotch, red wine, dark stone fruits, subtle booze A- Orange copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Strong Butterscotch, caramel, subtle vanilla, light red wine, mildly sweet. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Lot B/6/08, So to my knowledge that is a bottle date of June 2008. Man, for 7 years of age, this has held up well consider the notches on the Lot for 9/10 which I would assume is a best by date. But I digress. It’s a good beer and has aged delightfully. Not a ton of spices present but still complex.
