A rich, moreish and modern Cornish stout. Crystal malt lends sweetness, balanced by the delicate pull of Cornish Sea Salt and the dryness of the black malt, which also brings the hint of smoke. All supported by the rich deep flavour and colour of chocolate malt.

Gravicask, 1/3 pint at GBBF Winter '23. Shared with Finn. Black in the glass, bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, dotted spots on the glassware. Roasted, toffee like nose. Cocoa and chocolate taste, distant salty caramel to it. Roasted ending, semi-sweet. Fair enough. (Burton upon Trent, 17.02.2023).
