Tap at Valhalla CZ. Lovely red-amber body, thick off-white head. Caramelly aroma, a bit heavier maltiness, soft red grapes, a bit soapy, a bit doughy, yeasty and phenolic, a bit herbal. Smooth, lovely elegant, slightly caramelly maltiness. Herbal somewhat, enhanced by these barrely notes. The barrel does give some sweet red grape notes that go well with the maltiness. Not much in terms of Belgian yeast ester-wise, light but well integrated phenolics. Good stuff.

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. Hazy copper with a small head. Funk, fruit, oak, some brett and notes of red wine. Some warming alcohol in the finish.

Flaska från SB. Kopparfärgad, aningen disig nästan helt utan skum. Vinös lätt kryddig och funkig doft. Stor kropp, värmande alkohol, fat, glühwein, hostmedicin, lite brett, funk och laktosyrlighet, kärnfrukt. Komplex och spännnde och kanske lite svår men riktigt bra till en lagrad gruyère.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale copper colour, minimal head. Funky brett, red currant and red wine up front. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with honey, red currant, hay and brett. Warming finish

Flaska från SB. Ljus murken rostbrun med liten smutsvit/beigegul krona. Kryddigt, funkigt, ek, fat, brett, kryddiga rödvinstoner, maltigt sötma något längre bak. 13% känns inte ens i närheten av. Skulle kunna tagit den för en större, brettig farmhouse ale. Udda men kul.
