Bottle from The Hillside Brewery Shop, Longhope, Gloucestershire. Pours almost clear caramel brown with a huge off-white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, biscuits and toasty bread with a touch of floral hops and a hint of citrus. Taste has more caramel, biscuits, floral and a citrusy bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Pretty good.
