(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Yeasty, fruity aroma with notes of citrus, oranges and peaches, accompanied by flowery and mildly spicy notes, backed by mildly bready malt. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with an overcarbonated mouthfeel. Yeasty, mildly malty base with delicately bready accents, lots of fruity and slightly resiny hops; moderately dry and mildly hop bitter finish. Decent saison, just a tad too carbonated imo. 08.XII.15

33cl bottle from ABCBeers. Almost a gusher. Very thick creay white head. Cloudy amber pour. Very refreshing. A decent saison

Sehr trüb, feine Perligkeit, ordentlich Schaum. In der Nase Preisebeeren, im Trunk leider sehr alkoholisch, die Frucht tritt zurück. Im Abgang bitter.

[backlog] 30-10-15 // bottle at home. Unfortunately gushing. Hazy golden orange colour, small white lacing. Belgian yeasty nose, with some fruits. Same for taste, yeasty, some fruits. Berries. Little funky. Lively. Nice.

The beer starts fresh and smooth. Great floral with intense farmhouse aroma. Fresh and funky. Moderate sweetish body, fresh, highly drinkable. The aftertaste is dry and spicy, great. Absolutely typical as it has to be! Great stuff! Bottle from Rudat @ 2.39€.

Bottle shared thanks to Beerhunter111 for Euro swap. Massive gusher. Murky orange golden with big fizzy head. Peach, lots of lemon juice, pure cloves, massive herbs, lemon grass, very flowery, sage. Light sweet and bitter with a tart touch. Medium bodied with loads of carbonation. Weird stuff, but not bad at all, too bad it’s so over carbonated.

Stark karbonisierter, eher mild hefiger Antrunk. Trocken säuerlich kräuterartig, etwas herb. Etwas steigend hefig, dunkel bitter würzig. Okay. 12/9/8/8/10/8

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very, very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, spicy, fruity notes of lemon, apricot, some peaches. More and more sweetish. Finish more dry. Still fine fruity, modest spicy. Finish could be more balanced. But okay.
