En traditionell IPA av brittiskt typ, smaksatt med krävan från Lappländska ripor. Krävan är en muskelsäck i strupen där maten mjukas upp innan den fortsätter vidare till fågelns mage. Innehållet i krävan varierar mellan årstiderna, allt från bär till växtdelar. Krävan krävs för ett krävande öl.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear amber mid sized head. Leafy nose with hay and moss. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and leafy with notes of marshland herbs, Long bitter finish.

Bottle@Nolia Beer, Umeå. Hazy ambery golden colour with a small offä-white head. Aroma is floral, some mild rye with a bit spruce and caramel too. Flavour is spruce, some resin, mild earthy tones with some sweet malts and mild caramel.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Hemavan. Pours slightly hazy amber with an off-white head. Herbal, bitter and malty with notes of caramel and wilderness. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Slightly fizzy, but quite drinkable.
