Bottle from Westhill SS. It pours lightly hazy bright yellow gold with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma is bright and zingy, juicy, candied lemon, lemon sherbets, lipton ice tea, tang and pine. The taste is firmly dry, some very pleasant bitterness, nice hit of fresh pine, grass, light spice, lemon verbena, pithy citrus, lemon, pomelo and a touch of floral accents with a dry and bitter linger. Medium body and lovely, fluffy white head. All comes together so very well. Moreish and quenching.
