50cl bottle. Pours golden with gentle bubbles and a good head. The nose has hay, honey and a fresh gooseberries. The taste has honey, sweet malt and a massive elderflower from middle to end. The palate has a medium structure, a decent texture and a clean zingy finish. Overall, a nice refreshing ale - I like it.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity, citrus - lemon notes, light to moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, soap. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, belgium yeast, elderflowers, citrus - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
