[40cl can from Longshot Barns, Sunningdale.] A hazy pale amber pour with a billowing white head; delicate floral aroma; really fruity taste, with apples, elderberries and blackberries; and a crisp finish with a subtle fruity aftertaste. Rather good.

Can from Hogs Back Brewery's Covid-19 drive-thru shop. After the shit they pulled over brewery relief I did wonder if I should just avoid the place but the reality is that I don't buy their twiggy shite when I do visit. Grassy aroma. Some latent sweet stone fruit. Clear copper gold. Thick fluffy shaving foam head. Initially quite sweet before sour edged tangy bitterness kicks in. Matches the aroma. The bitterness increased in strength through to the finish. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Pleasant and easy drinking Antepodean Pale Ale, albeit with a dry bite.

440ml can at the Crafty Taproom, Marlow. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light grassy citrus hops. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, fruity, light dry pepper spice, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Heidrun, 05/08/20. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent lasting off white cap. Nose is melon, papaya, tangerine, grass, light floral tones. Taste comprises orange zest, melon, airy malts, lemon rind, light pine dusting, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced hop bitterness. Decent first from this brewery for me ... easy drinking, sessionable and well balanced.

Tap at the Brewery, 18th July 2020. Pours pretty clear and golden. Aroma is aromatic, grain, citrus. Taste is grainy, citrus, good amount of bitterness, almost verging in a more English pale ale, bitter linger, good.
