It has been said by many brew masters, “water makes the beer.”

We can’t help but agree. This refreshingly light lager is brewed with 25,000 year old iceberg water harvested from Newfoundland’s awe-inspiring icebergs which offer some of the purest water on earth.

Incredibly crisp and refreshing light North American style lager.

Winner of a bronze medal in the 2014 Canadian Brewing Awards ’North American Style -Premium Lager’

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks Yoav. Yellow. Apple (acetaldehyde), paper, sweetish, graininess, bland, watery. Not too offensive. Like an American pale lager.

Sample at the source. Made with birthy bits, which is the most interesting thing about this beer. Clear yellow. Peppery aroma. Light lemon taste.

355ml bottle at Brian's office. Pours a clear blonde with a weak head. Aroma is slightly sour with flowery notes. Similar taste. Not vsry good, but not very offencive.

Pale. No head. Some malt nose, not so bad. Sweet, not much hop. Ok, nothing super great. More or less clean, but it's ok. Nothing wrong with it, in the pale lager space.

341mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malts, bread, and corn. Flavour is like a typical skunky pale lager, with herbal notes, vegetables and cereal malt. Gimmicky beer - no different than a regular industrial lager. Shit.

Pours clear blonde, nearly no head. Smell is bit malty. Taste is bit malty, maltsyrup. Rather weak. Fresh, easy drinkable. Weak though. Ok .
