Bottle at Shelton After Party. Pours golden with no head. The aroma is honey and earth. Slick body, honey, earth, boozy finish, good.

375ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a pale straw with no head. Nose is tart floral some sulfer and plenty honey. Taste is more of the floral herbal notes some fruit and a honey.

Bottle shared by Matt. Pours crystal clear pale yellow, no head no lacing. Aroma is floral honey, light and not super distinctive. Flavor is medium plus sweet, floral, interesting undefined tanginess. Medium body. This was by far the best HONEY of the set - really too bad more of that distinctive flavor did not come through in the mead.
