We love drinking a cold, hard poured pilsner. With Amy we let it sit lagering for over 100 days, part of the time with French oak. The result is a lovingly dry, bitter and crisp pilsner.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy and mild earthy and wooden tones. Flavour is grainy, floral, some wooden and mild earthy tones.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, small head. Aroma of hay, grapefruit and tea. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Hay and tea, some oak. Mid bitter finish,

20cl draft @ Omnipollos Kyrka.
Dorée claire, col blanc tenace.
Arôme est sur une belle base classique de lager - grains, malt pils, peu d'impact de cette mise en garde en barrique de chêne, alors que cela passait plus en bouche. Houblonné noble en rétor-nasal, sur léger terreux et fleuri.
Palais sur une belle base de lager - assez sèche et 'crisp', amertume noble avec une apport délicat du boisé de chêne français - cela vient rajouter un côté foudre plaisant en fin de bouche - houblonné noble allant vers le terreux.

440ml can from Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a short-lived, bubbly white head. The aroma is Pilsner yeast and floral hops. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, with a smooth, yeasty, light gluey, buttery, light dry oak, big floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A big bitter Pilsner that makes a statement! If you like strong bitter beers, you will probably love this.

Can at Hobo Bar & Restaurant. Golden with a large white head. Aroma of grass, bread and some citrus. The same in the taste. The finish was bitter.
