From old tasting notes. Brewed at Independence Brewing Company. Orange copper color topped by a creamy beige head. Zesty fruity malt aroma. Tangy toasted malt flavor is nicely balanced by a charismatic citrus hoppiness. Good flavor.

Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. An orange golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt, and hints of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of hops and citrus, leading to a slighlty bitter end. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

Tap@Philly Airport "Brewpub". No nose. Amber, creamy, offwhite head. Ok malty base, light fruity notes. Hayish, uninspiring.
