Bottle - as Biere Blonde de la Ferme du Kalblin
Grainy, slightly citric, heather aroma. Hazy orange golden, low head, low visible carbonation. Reasonably fullbodied, honeyish earthy/spongy notes, peachy when the yeast is added, flat mouthfeel. Papery fruit and heather aftertaste

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, orangey - almost no head, but lots of carbonation - typically Uberach. Sweetish honey aroma. But no real traces of honey in the flavour. Actually this hasn’t much flavour at all. A bit of bitterness in the finish, and then nothing more. Quite disappointing. 160403
