Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Deep golden, hazy, mid-sized fluffy head, quite quickly diminishing; ripe bananas and some lemons in the aroma with some wheaty-phenolic undertones and a tinge of yeast deep down; moderate to solid sweetish-sourish flavour, medium bodied; shorter fruity-sourish finish. Decent and refreshing............

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, white cream. Spicy, a bit candied ginger in the nose. Dry, spicy weissbier - clove and ginger. Medim to light body, sugar on the palate, sligthly perfumed exit.

bottle, Danke nach Bochum! Hazy golden yellow, medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty and very fruighty with elements of Kristallweizen. Hints of banana, slightly yeasty.

(bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty and slightly acidic citrus-fruity aroma with notes of grains, banana and light cloves in the background. Light-sweet flavour with a light acidic and tart touch, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Light to medium wheat-character, slightly citrousy taste with a rather dry, slightly fruity and bitter, slightly tart finish (01.06.08).
