On draft at the brewpub in Champaign. Pours a clear mahogany with an off white head. Malty nose. Flavors of cereal and herbs. Moderately bitter finish.

Sampled in Champaign 11.2012. Light fruity aroma. Slightly hazy dark amber, low head. Dry fruity initially, grassy and light citric hops. Medium body, dry mouthfeel. Mossy aftertaste.

on tap-pours a tan head that laces and cloudy orange/copper color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel, citrus. Taste is roasty medium malt, wood/grainy, some earthy hops. Drying finish.
