On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a clear pale gold with a medium white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and cereal. Flavour brings out soft cereal malt and biscuity notes, light sweetness on the finish. Clean and easy to drink. Solid stuff.

Bottle. Hazy golden, no head. Light peachy and cranberry light fruity notes. Medium light straw malt body, sparkly mouthfeel. Frry herbal hop on fruit notes. Actually the most authentic Kölsch flavour I had in a ber from North America so far. Crisp and refreshing, good job!
