Full Moon is a West Coast style IPA that is both kettle hopped and dry hopped with Centennial and Cascades. The hops provide this ale with a nice citrus-like taste to balance out the caramel malts.

On tap at Alley Kat, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium beige head. Nose brings out light grassy hops and light toasted caramel bready malt. Flavour brings out dry grassy hops and a bone dry biscuity malt backing. Pretty tame for an IPA, but this is Alberta. Not bad but missing some oomph.

Lovely golden Amber, golden cream Earthy hops, grainy, honeyish malt base, light berrylike notes. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Pleasant bitter.
