In our opinion, this dog is perfect for characterising Grodziskie. Grodziskie is an old beer style from Poland. This beer is made from wheat malt that has been dried over an oak wood fire. The light and golden-coloured wheat malt mixed with heavy smoky oak delivers quite a dotty flavour. A Polish-style flavour.

0,33L bottle, batch 1 (from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn). Pours clear pale golden with whiteish head. Small head stays for some time. Aroma is smoked ham. Flavor is sweet, bitter, salt, fruits, smoke, citrus. Body is thin. Overall: pleasant brew.

Aroma has mild smoke tones, some bun dough and smoked wood. Flavour has smoky tones, milk and bun dough. A clear grätzer-feeling here. The milky tones are not nice, otherwise this could feel refreshing.

On tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend. Clear pale golden with a nice, white head. Mild smoky aroma with some slightly peaty notes, hints of fruits, malt and wheat. Moderate sweet with mild flavours, ligtly sour and smoky and finishes slightly salty. Fairly thin and somewhat watery with average carbonation, but refreshing and tasty.
