La birra più apprezzata tra quelle prodotte dal birrificio, una “Local Ipa” (Isonzo Pale Ale) di colore giallo carico, con una lieve torbidità opalescente conferita dall’utilizzo di una percentuale di malto di frumento. Amara e profumata, con un amalgama molto equilibrato di sentori di frutta tropicale, agrumi, e pesca. Una birra pericolosa, estremamente beverina, a cui non si darebbe neanche la metà dei suoi quasi 7 gradi. Servire a 6 - 8 °C. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, malto di frumento, luppolo, lievito.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, cracker, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi e spezie.

Bottled@HBF2018. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some caramel and mild earthy tones. Flavour is very fruity, quite bitter, some sweet malts,but also a bit grainy/mashlike notes. Quaffable!

Tap at Acido Acida 2022, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours amber gold, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is toffee, caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, herbaceous. Final is average.

Bottle. Onion/herbal tea like and citrus aroma. Cloudy yellow, low white head. Minerally, dead yeast, citrus, a bit too old bottle perhaps. Medium body, dry. Salty leafy aftertaste.

Bottle from the 2016 National Winter Ales Festival. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Spice fuelled nose with lots of sweet citrus. Dried fruit in the flavour, splash of citrus, more spice coming through. Nice brew.
