On tap at Hops & Barley, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium roast and crusty bready malt. Flavour is quite roasty, with hearty oatmeal, medium roast, and some earthy notes. Hearty and well-balanced. Very good.

Jezappt: Literally black, small and stable off-white head; mild to moderate sweetish toasty-roasty toasty -roasty nose with caramelly and fruity spots; moderate bitter-sweet flavour with a slight acidity underneath, light to medium bodied, very soft; slightly lingering and soft toasty and bitter finish. Good, but not not great...,

A pleasant and fine stout!
Black color with a fine beige head. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Good body and a fine smooth carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Fine tail in my mouth. Lasting flavor. Coffee, roast and herbal flavor. Semi dry ending.

Draught at Bierkultur 2014. Deep black with a caramel head. Aroma is roasted malt. Flavour is toasted malt, dry roast and a little smokey. Dry bitter finish. Really liked this one, his best beer in a while.
