Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus, 8.5%. Very dark brown with smal beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, hop, pine, little liquorice and grapefruit. Flavour is roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, hop, liquorice, littl coffee, medium sweet, pine and medium bitter.

Rund malzig hopfiger Beginn, steigend grasig. Süffig, geringe Herbe, etwas brotig. Insgesamt bleibt der Hopfen hinter den Erwartungen zurück, die Malzigkeit ist vorherrschend, ist aber auch nicht übermäßig intensiv. Ok. 13/11/9/8/8/9

Bottle @ PINT Winterbier 2015, small sample. Dark color, short frothy head. Aroma of fruity hop, citrus, grapefruit, pine, touch of roast and coffee. Medium bitter in taste, touch of roast again. Lovely black IPA.

Sampled at PINT Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2015. Very dark brown color, average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, roast and hops which work together quite well. This is promising.. Taste malts, hops, balanced roastyness, suitable bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very nice. Well done!

Dark brown with thin wispy head. Strong hoppy aroma. Smooth and oily texture. Strong hoppy flavour. A bit grassy too.

On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal. Dark redding brown to black colour, beige head. Aroma of freshly cut grass, pine, resin, green, weed, some liquorice, roasted malts, coffee. Flavour is soft and medium sweet, roasted malts, nicely hopped, grassy, resin, green stuff, light citrusy, coffee, liquorice, toffee, decent bitter finish. Medium bodied. Very tasty, not as "droppig" as other BIPA’s.
