"Smoked Brown Lager" mit Rauchmalz (zwischen Oktober und Mai 2017 zweimal gebraut, Sude auf jeweils ca. 200 Flaschen limitiert).

Mit diesem "Smoked Lager" läuten wir alljährlich den goldenen Herbst ein und "überwintern" bis zum späten Frühjahr.

Bottle. Cloudy dark amber, golden foam. Smoky nose - burned tropical wood. Medium body, sparkly. Dry, light acid, grains, smoke, herbal hops. Campfire is a fitting name.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep amber to chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Distinctively smoke-malty aroma with notes of smoked saussages and a whiff of barnyard. Slightly sweet flavor with present notes of acidity, showing hints of infection, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with present smoky notes; slightly sweet and sour-tart finish. BB-date was 30.Aug.17. 19.VIII.17
