Polydribbles #2 features 126 lb of rich blackberry and 84 lb of lush apricot. Brewed with the same base of Pilsen and Wheat as #1 and soured primarily with lactobacillus plantarum, #2 is tart, refreshing, and ridiculously juicy.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Tap at the brewery. Cloudy bright red to purple. Dry berry skin aroma. Medium light dry body, blackberry retronasal light grain, not particularly sour, lightly tart Berry yoghurt.
