An unassuming, crisp little kolsch for the warmer months. Pilsner, Vienna, Wheat, and a little Munich to round them out. Hopped in the kettle with Mandarina Bavaria and left alone in stainless for a few extra weeks to think things over. Lightly malty and refreshing.

Tap at Nephente. Cloudy golden, off-white lace. Light minerallic base, a bit fruit and leafy hops, a bit underattenuated. Dry, clay finish.
