We added tayberries, raspberries and blackberries to a beer barrel aged for sixteen months in a single Pinot Noir barrel from Burgundy. The fruit was harvested at a local permaculture garden called 'Yggdrasil'

750ml bottle. Funky, sourish and tart vinous with loads of berries, blackcurrant and raspberry notes, some wood and oak. Pretty balanced and complex.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a gorgeous dragonfruit pink with no head. The aroma strong funk, blackberry, grape skin, earth. Slick body, berry, grape, funk, oak, vinous, enjoyed this.

Magnumflaska från medlemskap, 2020. Tjusigt klarröd med rosavit krona. Lätt och fräsch med snäll syra och funk, viss mineralitet, finstämd bärighet. Blir ingen frukt-punch och inte överslag på bären, utan ligger på jämvikt med grundölen. Elegant och gott.

Pours unclear, dark pink. Smell is full, intense berries. Taste is full, intense, raw berries. very fruity . Soft, yet present acidity. Very freakin' nice !
