A classic Czech style Pilsner. Using the traditional Saaz hop with a subtle blend of East Kent Goldings, this beer is one flavourful, refreshing Pilsner.

[On tap at the Outhouse, Wokingham.] A pale straw pour with a ring of white head; fresh grassy aroma; smooth in the mouth with a full grassy taste; then a clean finish with residual sweetness. A nicely made pilsner.

Can ordered from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma is biscuit with sweet honey. A piney spicy. Light gold. Bubbly body. Foamy white head. Medium bitter. Crisp quinine and light spice. Underlying sweet yeast and biscuit. Develops citrus sour edge. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Crisp and enjoyable but not a style I can get overly excited about.

Bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, gluey, light floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, dry yeasty, light stone fruits, light dry, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
