The Pollinator Ale is back with a twist. We have hopped it up a bit and removed the coriander to give it more room to showcase the organic honey made right here in the Okanagan.

Some honey and a little soda cracker likes Oakes said. Golden pour with ok head. Crisp finish. Decent enough for style, easy drinking. A hint of lemon. Tap at brewery.

Amber, bright. Thin head. Crackery malt, off-dry, with a touch of floral accents from the honey. Nothing special but it’s not bad.

Pours with very good foam on a brownish copper body, nice sweet weedy hops with a hint of malt and honey. Flavour is a very good balance between malt, hop and honey, some biscuit notes. Very nice oiliness, crisp too. This turned out incredibly well, good on them. Crowler found at the bowling alley.
