It’s zany. Not your average session beer, drinking above it’s strength. The outlandish pale takes your palate to the extreme with a burst of fresh, lemony hoppiness.

500ml bottle. Filmy pale golden colour with average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Aroma has a fresh lemon note, some lemon zest, hints of yellow and green berries, on a weak malty, minimally strawy basis. Taste is minimally bitter hoppy with a lemon touch, hints of gooseberry, rhubarb, "green" currant; rich in taste for its relatively light body.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with white thin soapy head, sweet malt aroma with a feint amount of hop, taste reflects the aroma not massive hop but what is there is pleasant and citrus. Crisp and refreshing session strength pale.

Yellow colour with a white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Also a very fruity and hoppy flavour with a fine malty background. We thought this was the best student in the class because of the nice label. And it was absolutely right :-)
